To request a refund:

Include your order number and a brief explanation.
Eligible requests will be refunded or credited at our discretion.

Limitations:

Applies to digital curriculum and resources purchased directly from our site.
Not applicable to private sessions, custom consulting, or bundles with live components.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests from repeat abusers or when product download history indicates full use.
